Rev. Charles O.D. Diggs Sr. – Administrator
As Director of Administration, Rev. Diggs helps to provide coaching, staffing, and help Directors to
develop a comprehensive plan of action for the year. Conduct quarterly and yearly staff
evaluation.

Rev. Charlotte P. Kaicora – Dir. of Women & Children Ministry
As Director of Women and Children, Rev Kaicora Plans, Implements, and Supervises activities of the dept. in accordance with the Church’s Vision by equipping lives for effective service.

Rev. Clement T. Woods – Director of Evangelism
As Director of Evangelism, Rev. Woods handles all aspects of evangelism at PBC and works with our daughter churches also. Evangelism Mission and Community Development is at the core of his department at PBC.

Rev. Maria P Smith – Dir. Christian Education
As Director of Christian Education, Rev. Smith is in charge of assigning pastors to all of Providence Baptist Church local and international fellowships. Conduct training, plan revival, Crusade with oversight responsibility. Rev Smith also works with the Evangelistic arm of the church

Rev. Aaron S. Lloyd – Dir. Youth Department
As Director The Youth Department, Rev. Lloyd is in charge of assigning pastors to all of Providence Baptist Church local and international fellowships. Conduct training, plan revival, Crusade with oversight responsibility. Rev Smith also works with the Evangelistic arm of the church

Laura Pritchard – Dir. Music and Sister Churches
As Director, Sis. Laura Maintains and develops Sister-Church relationships; host visiting delegations; work with PBC and Sister-Churches to create innovative collaborations. Oversee other cross-cultural connecting initiatives; emerging leader development and worship and music

As Property manger, Mrs. Parker is in charge of assigning pastors to all of Providence Baptist Church local and international fellowships. Conduct training, plan revivals, and crusades with oversight responsibility.
